Vøringsfossen – one of Norway’s most spectacular waterfalls

Vøringsfossen is one of Norway’s most iconic waterfalls with a total drop of 182 metres. It is located in the dramatic Måbødalen valley in Vestland and is easily accessible from National Road 7.

With several viewing platforms and an exciting footbridge, you can get close to the powerful rapids and feel their spray. In summer, the water flow is at its highest, making the experience extra powerful.
